In short: we collect only what the app needs to work, we don't sell data and we don't use it for advertising.
The pilot form
Your name, email, phone and venue details are used only to contact you about the pilot. We delete them on request.
The app
For a member we keep their name, the contact details the venue entered, passes, payments, check-ins and, if the venue takes one, a photo. The venue is the controller of this data; Abonatus processes it on the venue's behalf.
Where and for how long
Data is stored on servers in the European Union, for as long as the venue uses Abonatus or until the venue or the member asks for it to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data.
