What owners ask us
Do members have to install an app?
No. It opens in the browser and, if they like, they can add it to their home screen like an app. App Store and Google Play versions come later.
What if a member forgot their phone?
Find them by name or phone number and tap “Let in”. The same rules apply, and the entry is marked as manual.
Does it work offline?
The member's code is generated on their own phone and works without signal. The front desk phone needs internet to check it.
I already have 200 members with passes. Do I lose them?
No. Add them with their pass and its real start date, without charging again. Excel import is next on the list.
Where is the data, and who sees it?
On servers in the European Union. Member photos are not public: only the venue's signed-in team can see them.
Can members pay online?
For now you take payment at the desk, cash or card, and record it in the app. Online payment is planned.
